SARAH JOY JONES

Sarah is an Austin-based artist and photographer.

She began her career as a Photographer’s Assistant in New York while completing her degree in Fine & Studio Arts at Southwestern University. After serving as the Photography Coordinator for the technology firm National Instruments, she went on to learn the skills for graphic design at Texas State University. Hired away from school to the advertising agency, McGarrah Jessee, she spent her time working on strategy and branding for some of the biggest brands in Texas and the Southwest.

Today, she works as a freelance photographer and artist from her studio in east Austin, which she calls Studio Amaya.
